Internationalvertragsrecht und İnvestment

 

In Folge seines erfolgreichen Abschlusses an der juristischen Fakultät, absolvierte Dr. Emre Cumalıoğlu sein Masterstudium mit der These "Publikationsvereinbarungen", welche Vertrags- und Urheberrecht miteinander in Symbiose brachte. Derweilen arbeitete Dr. Cumalıoğlu als Anwalt. 

 

Seine Dissertation, die im Bereich des Privatrechts zum Titel "Doktor" führte, befasste sich mit dem "Seefrachtvertrag", ein Abkommen über den Containertransport im Bereich des Seehandels. 

​

Dr. Emre Cumalıoğlu unterrichtete an der Rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Yaşar-Universität sowie an mehreren anderen Rechtsfakultäten. Einige der unterrichteten Veranstaltungen waren unter anderem Schuldrecht, Sachenrecht, Personenrecht, Erbrecht, Verbraucherrecht und Familienrecht.

Nebst Vertragsrecht befasste er sich des Weiteren mit akademischen Studien zum Persönlichkeitsrecht, Tierrecht, Geschlechtsumwandlungen, Personen mit psychosozialen Behinderungen und Urheberrecht.

 

Mit einem Stipendium der Schweiz forschte er am Schweizerischen Institut für Rechtsvergleichung. Gemeinsam mit seiner Forschung verfasste er seine Dissertationsarbeit zum Thema "Antizipierter Vertragsbruch", welche insbesondere für internationale Kaufverträge und Bauverträge im Rahmen des UN-Kaufrechts relevant sind. 

 

Nach weiteren Projekten erhielt Dr. Emre Cumalıoğlu die Dozentur für Zivilrecht. Derzeit hält er weiterhin Vorlesungen im Zivilrecht, insbesondere zum Vertrags- und Urheberrecht, im Bachelor, Master und für Doktoranden. 

 

Zusätzlich zu seinen akademischen Arbeiten die sich insbesondere in drei monografische Bücher, internationalen und nationalen Buchkapitel, in Zusammenarbeit verfasste Lehrbüchern und mehreren wissenschaftlichen Abhandlungen in verschiedenen Rechtsbereichen wiederspiegelt, ist er aktiv an der Lösung rechtlicher Probleme in der Praxis beteiligt. 

 

Er ist der festen Überzeugung, dass Theorie und Praxis Hand in Hand gehen, und bietet Beratung insbesondere auch im Rahmen des präventiven (Schutz-) Rechts.
